ASF Group (ASX:AFA) non-executive director Wai Sang Ho has increased his substantial shareholding to 6.77% from 5.42%.
Ho had increased his shareholding by 7.2 million shares for $1,152,000 today through an off-market transfer, bringing his total holding up to 36,057,187 shares.
This adds to the 14,982,187 shares totalling $2,696,793.66 he had acquired under the company’s rights issue as well as 1 million incentive shares he received.
ASF Group company Civil & Mining Resources had yesterday defined a maiden Inferred Resource of 118.6 million tonnes of thermal coal at its Dawson West Project in the Bowen Basin, Queensland.
ASF holds a 68.205% interest in CMR, which is currently held by its 53.69% owned subsidiary ASF Resources.
