Perhaps ...and one take on this ...might be the Authorities started an investigation on **promotion blocked** traded Group ....and it broadened to include the Transport company and the Ore processor ( VTRE ) .
With the Rare Earth Mining Licences now being expanded by the Vietnam Govt , and demand for Rare Earths increasing , no doubt the Government wants to ensure that they get their full entitlement .
Certainly not ideal ....but ...if the issue comes down to "money only "which it often does , the hope would be it gets sorted .
VTRE say they are , and seem to be , the only capable Rare Earths material processor in Vietnam ....but who knows . Power politics don't have any boundaries when it comes to countries ...be it Africa , Asia , Australia or elsewhere!!
