Provided of course --its only all about money .Declining and fluctuating rare earth prices over several months , maybe at the centre of what prices were paid ( between the parties in mining/transport/ processing ) and hence what Vietnam Govt taxes were ....nothing to do with what ASM paid VTRE !
At a time where China is tightening graphite supply exports ..which will almost certainly roll into other critical metals /rare earths ...ASM , kindly sort this soon!
