So there seems to be two issues running in parallel, both involving Thai Duong Group.
- VTRE issue seems limited to the alleged VAT forgery, assumably regarding purchase of RE ores from Thai Duong Group?
- Thai Duong Group potentially in more hot water given they sold RE ores to China?
Seems like an industry clean up, I wonder how long this has been in the works.
