    I could be wrong but...

    Shenghe Singapore linked to Shenghe China attempted & may have succeeded in purchasing 90% of another Vietnamese miner VREX

    VTRE & VREX are different companies with similar names

    ALK (ASM) has been linked to VTRE since 2016
