This is how i think of this placement.
The reason why i think Chia's placement of $1.5m at 3 cents is more than exellent:
Chia would have been able to bring us up to somewhere like, 8 cents in 1 day, by purchasing all of the cheap shares that are currently on our sell side. There's only around 6 million shares that are on the sell side, from 3.2 cents per share to somewhere like 6 cents. Chia could easily make themselves not lose any money by manipulating both buy/sell side
