IM referring to the fact that most news organizations create news headings to be worst than they are by not including vital information in the heading as a more balanced heading rather than just make the heading to the extreme end.
It is an issue because peoples consciousness is changed from these practices across all types of news.
Finance news can not harm your health but mislead if one does not look further, but health news and war news can be dangerous to ones health or mental state when the news headings are done in a bias low content way.
It is an issue because people are time poor and do not have the time to read past the news heading.
