    March 9 (Reuters) - Ausnet Services Ltd (AST) :

    • Successfully prices USD 375M hybrid offer
    • This issue, along with recent sgd hybrid security issue satisfies majority of Ausnet refinancing requirements for next 12 months
    • Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt and to fund capital expenditure
