Dec 15 (Reuters) - Australian bourse operator ASX Ltd (ASX) on Thursday received notices issued by the country's corporate regulator and the central bank, requiring it to prepare a special report on arrangements to replace its Clearing House Electronic Subregister System (CHESS) software.
The replacement was halted in November following a review of the project that led ASX to conclude there were "significant technology, governance, and delivery" challenges with the solution design of the project.
