the acuity deal was every time Iggy needed his pay cheque shares were issued to ACUITY at a set price. Acuity would then or prior to pump the SP and offload for a profit. I can’t remember how Iggy described it exactly but it was along the lines of a very novel approach. on the serious side it did keep the lights on while Mac did it’s rather long winded DD.
