IMO, the new investor needs to understand the value of PBT2 as a drug against antibiotic-resistant bacteria, nothing else to trust. It is a big risk to rely only on ATH434. The investor is not from Australia because no news yet and the market should be open on Wednesday. General interest on the stock markets has been almost zero. Time to make a deal about PBT2 to get just part of it, it is too valuable to buy it all.
Just my speculation. But three years is a long time to get a deal done, even ATH cannot delay it anymore.
