    April 8 (Reuters) - Atlantic Ltd (ATI) :

    • Atlantic has entered into a scheme implementation deed
    • Cash consideration of $0.003 per share represents an implied market capitalisation of $464,272 for Atlantic
    • Payment of cash consideration under the scheme will be funded by an amount of outstanding convertible bond interest due and payable by Atlantic to droxford
