Yes I believe they have received insurance payments but don't think cover the debts of the company, in addition Vandium prices are not high enough to warrant reopening the plant so would be kept in maintenance mode. I'm sure there is more detail in recent announcements and I am not 100% up to date on details......I pretty much consider the money I invested in this company to be gone down the toilet but would at least like to be able to execute a sell at some stage in the future just to crystallize my loss for tax purposes.
