THL has today announced changes to the SID - better deal for ATL shareholders with exchange ratio now at one THL share for each 3.210987 ATL shares (previously 3.680818). Reflects increased valuation of Canadian property and relative strength of the recovery in Australia (where ATL is stronger).
THL also state The NZCC is expected to announce a decision on 23 September 2022 and the ACCC on 29 September 2022, so we'll hopefully know where we're headed within the next week.
