- Atlas secures new debt facility
- Loan will be over a 3 year period at a 7.5% interest rate, with staged repayments beginning from february 2018
- Company has successfully secured a A$1.5 mln financing package with a related party, Tim Martin and Martin family
- Atlas has reduced its core debt to Commonwealth Bank of Australia this financial year to $3.5 mln as at date of announcement
