- has obtained a permit to export Controlled Ores.
- DMS will be exporting heavy mineral concentrate comprising ilmenite, rutile and leucoxene, referred to as controlled ore.
- Permit allows dms to export controlled ores to astron's wholly-owned subsidiary, Yingkou Astron Mineral Resources
