    suspect price of oil dragging ATS up if not prospective JV partner - oil shale patch still in using completed wells to drive production - new wells drilled still not happening and so until such time we see a big increase in rigs and a restart to new wells drilled i dont see why ATS strategy will work atm becuase there is still easier plays to bring prod online than ATS ground
