Attila Resources (ASX:AYA) is some major news pending and will reveal a material transaction in relation to the company’s main undertaking.
The Australian Stock Exchange has granted the company a trading halt, with its shares placed in pre-open.
Attila has commenced a program to identify funding sources for the capital development of the (70% owned) Kodiak Coking Coal Project, Alabama U.S.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Monday 24th November 2014, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
