Nov 4 (Reuters) - Atrum Coal Nl (ATU) :

• Forms sales joint venture with Atlantic Carbon Group
• ACG will provide 250,000t at cost price plus an administration fee agreed by both parties
• Agreed to form an unincorporated joint venture with Atlantic Carbon Group
• JV to market and sell anthracite from ACG operations
• Profits from sales from sales joint venture will be spilt 60% to atrum and 40% to ACG
• If Atrum achieves sales of 200,000t by 31 december 2017, ACG will extend sales joint venture by another four years
• Expect anthracite prices in Europe to move strongly upward in next quarter
