Not sure - the BC Anthracite case is in the Federal Court, not the WA Supreme Court, and the only Supreme Court proceedings I am aware of are the cases surrounding the disclosure of loans last year, which I thought were basically over and done with.
I'm a little concerned that it's a Trading Halt.
Anyone else have an opinion on whether those previous cases are over and done with?
