they could have raised at 16 cents - same as what that major...

they could have raised at 16 cents - same as what that major investor paid recently.....

that would have been horrible - and they could have justified it as that was 15% of company at 16 cents so thats real market value. They raised at 23 cents 43% above what major shareholder paid a week or 2 before.

I think they did well considering corona virus etc.
