I have been in for a while and deep in red but I see this CR as great news. We need the FS and completion of the Stat/EIS work ASAP. 17.5 a much better price than we may have expected a few weeks ago. Even though Canada has copied much of NSW type regulation, this is in an historic mining area that should get through the hurdles IMHO - even though we should expect delays in that process and some objectors raising their heads. But this is prime coking coal , not thermal coal and Europe steel makers need it, let along China and the usual suspects.
