...I would assume that those discussions are ongoing and if/when anything of "substance" or "material" either way is derived from same said discussions then that will be ann'ed accordingly...
...whilst I do not dispute that you may be correct in your interpretation...methinks you are splitting hairs here.
If discussions were not ongoing - that would be ann'ed...to ann something to say discussions are ongoing would inform investors of nothing more than what we already know.
