Auroch Minerals (ASX:AOU) has been granted an ASX trading halt relating to an update on the Resource inventory at its Manica Gold Project in Mozambique.
The halt will last until the earlier of the announcement being made or the start of trading on Friday, 15 August 2014.
It had in the June quarter consolidated its acreage in Mozambique after reaching a conditional agreement with Republic Gold (ASX:RAU) to acquire African Stellar Mozambique Limitada.
African Stellar holds three prospecting licences and four prospecting licence applications in the Manica and Sofala Provinces of Mozambique.
Auroch also raised $800,000 via a convertible note facility for working capital.
