Hi Cosmo Gov is similar in many ways to a company, where a certain level of debt is actually good,
A very peculiar way of thinking !
Business incur debt and produce goods to cover the debt and provide profit
Governments do not produce anything, not even jobs ( except for public servants who have little value)
The government must tax the people to get money, a activity that they do far too much, and it does not have to even supply anything as payment for those taxes, industry have to make and sell actual stuff.
Debt is like stock on the shelves ---- unless it constantly used to produce MORE it is not wanted
