    I think these sorts of things are pretty disgusting in general, who knows what is actually going on but snouts pushing for the trough - only exceptional as we are seeing it happen here.
    Cameron also failed with Postie Plus, I think she did a savvy marketing job with Kathmandu but the stuff sold there is generally garbage if you actually like heading into the bush a lot.

    When voting for directors I want to know what is their record and do they have their own skin in the game. Who is pulling the strings really?
    If a standing director lays out a strong case to investors then back them, if it's all behind closed doors tell the lot of them to go jump in lake St Clair.
    The structure means that there can be no such thing as an independent director - it's something like a UX unicorn and just a myth.
    Regardless of what the drongo who wrote the listing rules or the company constitution may think.
