honestly its only common sense that vaccination would enable the return of o/s travel.... its when others come home again that the risk for Aus is heightened.
They allowed ppl to quarantine at home before and many wandered off. some sparking outbreaks.
Still the balance is that more ppl will be able to be brought home and also pay for the Qantas flight back.
