Unfortunately it has disappointed many for a lot of years, I have never said there is nothing there as the drill holes and core samples say there is gold there.
I am not familiar with mining however from what I have read it appears that the gold bearing ore is in relatively narrow veins in very hard granite which would IMHO be very expensive to mine and extract. The over arching problem in my view has been finance and the ability to raise significant funds early rather than small amounts over a long period through cap raisings and placements.

There are others here on HC that have been able to provide a far more informed opinion than mine as a layman.
