You only have to look at the tweets and false information posted by the antivax crew which shows they are capaable of bald faced lying to spread fear of vaccines. They are preaching to a limited audience though as most HC members would have done the sensible thing and chose vaccination in line with the broader population.
The fringe elements are basically desperately trying to convince themselves lol that their views are not the BS they actually are.
