Geo-political reasons should have been considered 20 years ago. Samuel Huntington is right despite the constant backlash by do-gooder civil libertarians to the contrary who argue multiculturalism works and we should embrace it and all that is appended to it at all costs. What is on Australian soil should be owned by Australians who live on that soil and no one else.
