This is excellent news.
It seems that they will be in a constant resources upgrade scenario which sets them up for a massive future at 100% owned.
As you say, the key going forward is shipments and receipt of payments.
Initial revenues will be modest. however, the likely scale of increased earnings over the next 3 years is going to cause on going reratings in a company with such a small number of shares on issue.
It will be anybody’s guess where the SP will be once they get Binjour on line!
