Best to respond to the posters who are worth responding to and not encourage the "others"
Remember you have to lower your intelligence level to those that just don't get it, fair enough if someone wants to learn but if they're being pests, why bother?
Who are they trying to convince of their arguments? my guess is themselves,(not anyone else) as they lack conviction in themselves and their investments.
Enough time wasted on this, onwards and upwards and lets hope for a decent offer once the project is de-risked enough for a big boy company who wants in.
