    I'm pleased the 8 non binding MOU's are not with the Chinese or Indians. They can be very difficult to deal with and waste everyone time while they have the foot on the hose. They will not be able to play games if SOP is not available and so may have to come knocking on DNK's door to secure off-take contracts against other buyers without dilatory tactics.
