This looks like it was solving a problem that had already been solved.
Overtime, on-call and call out rates are very common.
However, it has also closed a few other gaps/loopholes.
Casuals now have more rights... good luck treating your staff like crap, just cause they are casual.
Workers can now be recognised for transition to fulltime. Interesting times ahead for some managers.
