Australian Infrastructure Fund (ASX:AIX) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX this morning, with its shares placed in pre-open.
AIX requested the halt pending the announcement of the outcome of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of AIX being held at 10:00 am today to determine the buy-back, recapitalisation and new business direction of AIX.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Wednesday 9th July 2014, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
