Yes. A couple of proper cops would have easily taken care of this situation. This is what happens when you lower standards all round and throw out physical skills, running (fast twitch muscle), grappling and strength testing. The core duties of being a police officer are forgotten to allow in useless and incompotence. The power of the 'Tuck Shop Mafia' has emasculated most state Police Forces. The AFP are not even Police. Only guards of the Government of the day, with zero will and commitment to the principles of honour, honesty and integrity.
