They will try to blame a coding error but its not on
Some one instructed the programmers in what to put in
Some one put it in
Someone should have run checks to see if it was in and working as intended
AS far as I can see they failed on all the above .
AS I have posted before if ajunior teller let one of these through they would be threatened with dismissal and being put on the bad apples register which blacklists them from future employment in the financial industry . This lot do it on a brethtaking scale and get bonuses and more pay in a week that the teller gets in a year
