The financial information provided in the scheme booklet based on share prices for the two companies on 17 October is so different to the closing prices yesterday that it makes a bit of a nonsense out of a recommendation to vote in favour of the resolution. I understand that this scheme would have influenced the changes in the SP, but stil....... Based on the closing prices from yesterday, TAH had declined 59.5 cents (and has been much lower), and TTS is now 48.5 cents higher. The implied values and premiums therefore go completely out of the window as far as I'm concerned.
