Looks like Ten directors knew for some time the VA was coming and the haste of Lazard to relentlessly sell off their Ten holdings for months and months(as if they did not know a train wreck was coming!!)But here we are led to believe that we had to the end of the year for the debt facility to be saved,thus giving us time to trade Ten shares----this is high treason by white collar criminals.
