Yes, AUZ did the right thing leaving SKI which is having problems in the US and Turkey. No matter where they step dilemmas arise (from what I can observe (opinion only).
As for the $500k penalty that AUZ has to pay not happy about it but better to resolve and move on. In this instance, ASIC was a bit harsh (in my opinion) on a "green coy" trying to stand up and create jobs and prosperity for Australia. Anyhow, let's move on...
Without a doubt, LG has been waiting for this matter to finalise. I am anxious to see what good things lie ahead...
AUZ will happen. It's a great business and its ores are in demand; once LG makes a financial move to support AUZ "flags will go up".
2023 will be a good year.
