SKI walked regardless of signing an MOU before samples. AUZ have said there will need to be a contribution from any future off take partner. My guess is it will only be announced to market when the money has been put on the table. No more messing about with MOU's. Have you discussed this with management or are you just trying to play the pantomime villain as usual?
Please state why an MOU in the interests of anyone and I will consider your "well reasoned" response.
If they actually did sign an MOU and release it to market, you'd slate it as worthless anyway.
