I'm a very long-time holder of this company's shares and during this time I've seen and heard all the promises, lies, and misrepresentations made by members of the board in particular BB. To say that I'm upset at the state of AUZ would be an understatement. BB and his fellow directors have failed shareholders miserably in their respective roles to advance the interests of the company and its shareholders and should be made fully accountable for the appalling state we are in. Whilst saying this I'm also a realist and understand that in order for the company to move on we need to refocus our attention on how we can support the new incoming board in moving forward. let the authorities do their job and deal with the failings of management. History is only important if we learn from it! so let's all work together by playing a very active role in the affairs of the company by speaking up when action needs to be taken and voting at the company meetings to ensure we never have to go through this ever again.
