I guess everyone held shares at that time would be able to join a class action. A law firm needs to be engaged and assess costs and benefits from the lawsuit. I personally think BOD and all senior executives involved at the time can be held liable. I guess BB wouldn't be able to access indemnity insurance due to his council position, but some should be able to. It's just a thought, not a legal avvice. I am not a lawyer.
