Being a board member of a company with non member shareholders requires a person to act with integrity. It is the difference between a virtuous bond of trust or a spiral of distrust. At this stage it is already too late, trust is broken for many current and ex shareholders. If the board were happy to support a statement of grossly false valuation and contract terms how can shareholders partners or customers have confidence in anything else that the board says?

There may be some value in Sconi but after this, who knows the truth any more. I'm reminded of Macbeth:
