A good time to buy for investors who have a 2- 3 year investment horizon and have a belief in the electrification of the auto industry.
We are close to a watershed moment.
SKI really was never a good partner for a host of reasons and in my previous posts I mentioned that I for one would be happy to see the end of this crappy alliance.
What the BOD must do now is to clean the shop ! To quickly refresh the CEO and the senior management team involved in commercial matters that have caused huge shareholder value destruction. They frankly have little to offer and their continuing presence wastes future opportunity. They are damaged goods...move on I say . And Marcus included ..brought great expectation yes but no delivery in 18 months...he will not be missed frankly.
I have not lost faith in the opportunity just yet ...and I have seen what transformational and new leadership can do with a desperate company in just a year ( Bellamys comes to mind in which I am invested ) .
The time for the Chair and BOD to act resolutely is upon us .
This is a time to BUY for the smart investor.
