Basham bought $17k. Its not really significant for a guy who's salary is probably $700-800k a year.
Hamish you have it back to front. If I knew a raise was coming and I was certain to get stock I might be unscrupulous and sell on market at higher price and recoup stock in the raise. Good news like a big contract win would give you the volume opportunity to do that. Not saying that's what happening... just looks like it.
