I can only guess that it's the lack of cash in the bank that is holding this back after all of the recent good news. That is why I'm supportive of a equity placement to strengthen the balance sheet - however I wouldn't want to see it set under 20c.
Our underlying business appears strong so true value will catchup one of these days.
