    • TO ESTABLISH US ASSET MANAGEMENT BUSINESS
    • RBP'S FIRST INVESTMENT WILL BE A BATTERY STORAGE BUSINESS UNDERPINNED BY LONG TERM CONTRACTS WITH U.S. UTILITIES
    • CO WILL OWN 30% STAKE IN US ASSET MANAGEMENT BUSINESS VIA JV IN PARTNERSHIP WITH AN INVESTMENT TEAM BASED IN NEW YORK
