Been watching this for a while too... but decided to go with CAM (clime capital) pays quarterly divies with a discount DRP fully Franke. I bought that at 905cents.
Seriously considering an entry into AVJ and my thoughts on the discount to NAV is simply people are always worried about property market fluctuations. Unlike ARF or FET who are REIT and lease out their assets... AVJ relies more on sales of their properties (I think)
