How is it over valued when NTA is 97c per share?? That is based on land valuations at lesser of purchase price or market price. Things might go a bit soft for a couple of years but not enough to push NTA down to this level. I know it always trades at discount but that’s a pretty solid buffer if the company was to wind up. I’m happy to sit, next government stimulus might push things along a bit
